Mr. Abdul Rauf Tabani, the visionary founder and president of Tabani Corp, is a seasoned professional with a versatile range of expertise. Holding a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from NED University of Engineering and Technology and a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) from Karachi University (1981), his engineering acumen has played a pivotal role in the production of various goods, including garments (denim jeans, shirts), towels, and bed sheets.
Mr. Tabani’s impactful contributions extend beyond manufacturing. He played a key role in providing a reconstructed COBP to Pakistan Steel Mills. With fourteen years of experience in the aviation industry, he was elected Vice Chairman of Pakistan’s largest private airline, Aero Asia. His illustrious career encompasses ventures in power generation, automobiles, oil, gas, chemicals, fertilizers, cement, sugar, pharmaceuticals, and shipping projects, highlighting his versatility and leadership across diverse sectors.
ZAIN TABANI
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Zain Tabani, a graduate in Management and Finance from the London School of Economics, contributes a wealth of experience to the family business. With a background in auditing at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Dubai, Zain seamlessly transitioned into roles involving sales, marketing, and cross-departmental communications.
Zain has successfully spearheaded ventures across various sectors. In the Oil and Gas domain, he’s provided 2000 HP rigs and compression projects to OGDCL, Mari, and POL. Simultaneously, he has supplied machinery and spare parts to different organizations in the Defense sector. In agriculture, Zain oversees the cultivation and export of Rhodes grass and other cattle fodder to the Middle East and contributes to local wheat and vegetable production for domestic consumption. Dedicated to contributing to Pakistan’s economic growth, Zain strategically leads initiatives that cultivate success and prosperity in the nation’s business landscape.
HADI TABANI

Hadi Tabani, a Director at Tabani Corp, is at the helm of all technology-related ventures within the group, serving as the CEO of Liquid Technologies and overseeing VC investment stakes. With degrees in computer science and mathematical economics from Rice University, Hadi played a pivotal role in multimillion-dollar digital transformations during his consulting tenure at Accenture Global, earning awards for his innovation in DevOps.
A member of the Forbes Technology Council, he leads Liquid Technologies in addressing real-world challenges with data and artificial intelligence while nurturing the next generation’s journey into a data-centric world through his institute, Data Science Journey.
AZAM TABANI
DIRECTOR
Mr. Azam Tabani is the chairman of the Board. He has an extensive career of 40+ years in the textile and history industry. He brings wealth of experience in the areas of Finance and Investment. Mr. Tabani was the Senior vice Chairman of the largest Private airline in Pakistan, Aero Asia for a period of 14 years. His technical know-how and management skills are second to none. He is also a member of several Philanthropic institutions in Karachi.

Engaged as the Chairman of the Help International Welfare Trust and a Trustee in the Rehnuma Education Welfare Foundation, I am personally involved in initiatives related to social welfare, education, and sustainable development.
